Even after the packed last two days, we managed to get up early for the third and final day of the conference, specifically so Becky could be prepared for her panel session, which went great! The topic was Comparing SFR Demographic Demand And Their Floorplan Preferences & Amenity Use, and the discussion was fun and engaging. Great job Becky!

That wrapped up the conference, but we had a lot more planned for the day. We went to lunch at a cute cafe near our Airbnb called Blue Lavender while joining a RealWealth zoom meeting, then we hit up the beach for just a quick hour before getting ready to go out again. We were able to get out to the beach one more time the next morning for a beach walk and play in the ocean before we had to go. The water was so lovely and relaxing after the long few days of action.

For the final evening, we had prepared a popup Networking Meetup Event for RealWealth. Paul again helped us pick out the venue, Moxie’s, which was a super cool hot spot in the bustling neighborhood of Brickell. It also happened to be Wine Wednesday, so half off bottles of wine! The attendees were mostly real estate professionals looking for business, but it was still nice to meet new people and talk real estate investing. RealWealth’s new Kansas City Property Team representative also joined us, so it was great hanging out with you too!

After the event, we walked around a bit and found some entertaining sights, including a robot delivering food, a cool sports car, and a dog in a remote controlled ride! The dog was so cute!

Speaking of dogs, Poppa Fox did so great at his sitter while we were gone. The sitter kept us updated and sent us these photos. Her kids loved playing him, and he even seemed to get along with the Husky puppy!

The next morning, we got to sleep in and go to the beach one more time, as we mentioned above. We had time to grab a yummy taco lunch at a cantina then headed to the airport. It was luckily an easy uneventful flight back to Pittsburgh, where we were greeted by pouring rain! We drove to pick up Poppa Fox, then grabbed some pizza at a local pizzeria on the way back to our trailer in Ohio.
The next morning we packed up to leave to drive to our next spot outside Buffalo, NY, another Boondockers Welcome place, at another person’s house with land. This one had several spots for RVers, and it was pleasant enough for the few days we stayed there, despite the mostly rainy weather and getting the 24 hour stomach bug! So, we had our share of relaxing from the trip, did our best to get a little caught up on work. Becky managed a little walk down the road on one of the clear moments.

Next up, time for wedding festivities and fun with friends and family! Check it out in the next blogs and the watch the recently posted Vlog #30!
Y’all are so brave talking in front of all those people. Awesome job!
The conference looks like a lot of fun.
Also, that dog in the remote controlled car. 😂
So glad Poppa Fox did well! He looks so relaxed in those photos. 🥰
